What data we process and why

This website has no forms, user accounts or newsletter. We only process personal data in these cases:

• Enquiries. If you write to us by e-mail or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, the content of your message) to answer you. Legal basis: your consent, or the steps prior to a contract that you request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of each request in server logs, to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the period required by law. Server logs are kept for the short period set by the hosting provider.

Recipients

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the website, acting on our behalf:

• Hosting and content delivery of the website.
• Image delivery and content management for the project gallery.
• E-mail service of the studio.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards of GDPR chapter V, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to helen@hacheinteriordesignstudio.com. Please include proof of your identity.

If you think your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Third-party links

The link to our Instagram profile leads to a site run by Meta, which has its own privacy policy. We have no control over it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
